I'm assuming when they say it's a created one, that it will be something completely new, not a combination of others... Right?

The way the director talks about the mutant dinosaur makes the idea sounds sensible. After all, a big part of the plot in the original revolved around the fact that the dinosaurs were mutants.

Unfortunately, when one looks as the leaked plot details, it is a ridiculous concept. The dinosaur (supposedly called Diabolus Rex) is a cross breed of a raptor, T-rex, and a cuttlefish (which allows it to turn invisible). Oh, and they use "tamed" Raptors and T-rexes to fight it. Sounds like something out of a Sy-Fy film.

So my idea of a T-Rex combined with a raptor was what they were going for, bet they saw it and stole it uhuh they added the cuttlefish to make it seem like they hadn't, those bastards!

Is it true? Coz' definitely i'm going to watch it.
