How about this, Wolverine not only has a healing factor to deal with anything that Batman would through at him but he also could track Batman nearly anywhere in his general vicinity, and let's not forget that Wolverine has superhuman strength. Batman is out of his league here once again.

He has his belt but most all of his standard equipment would be hard press to effect wolverine.

Batman extremely skill MA, but so is Wolverine making the normal advantage for Batman mute.

Batman has extremely with meta's but again wolverine is a meta and has experiences with top tier MA's many of which he beaten handily before.

Batman tricking wolverine is very unlikly true.

Oh Batman smarter then Wolverine, but Wolverine is still extremely intelligent and worldly, him being defeated by Batman through being out smarted in this scenario in almost non exsistant.

I can see a plot device win for Batman, but that's all he gets toe to toe, even Captain America knows not to tussle with Logan. I also forgot that Logan's superhuman endurance would be at full power long after Batman would run out of gas.
