Hang on a second here. They have "prep", but no gadgets? These days, all the super-humans in the omniverse know pretty much everything about everyone else. Essentially, everyone has "prep". But what good is it if they have no weapons, devices, or gadgets?
I mean, is there a scenario at all? Like, are the JLA in the same room, are they in the Watchtower or in a city, are they scattered about and doing different things or roughly in the same area? What kind of approach can the Brick Team take? Can they do stealth? Divide and conquer? Mind games? Are they ambushing a meeting on a quiet Sunday afternoon?
I mean, I think the Brick Team can take it fairly easily, but how does the prep fit in? Like, do they know the perfect order to take them down in?
I'd say Flash, J'onn, Superman, WW, and then GL.
But, if they don't even bring, like, a zippo or something, how do they take out J'onn when he's intangible?
EDIT: And if they don't bring the zippo, how is it "prep"?

Well the fight takes place in New York where the heroes will be getting medals from the mayor......
the brick team Know this before anybody else(1day) the studdy the city and the JLA for any weakness as a team they can exploit,(no devices) and build an evil plan to ambush them, the brick team will take them by surprice but the JLA is a good team so it wont be easy
Flash goes down as soon as the fight starts via mind-rape
Wonder Woman tries to go toe to toe with any of the 3, and gets insta-ko'd
MM goes head up against Xaviernaught in a mind battle, and his mind gets dominated.
It just gets worse from there, Xaviernaught probably gets a few to work for their side.
regardless, j'onn still has TP enough to shut down hulk and lobo - it'd just take a little more time

O RLY? Hulk has pretty much one of the best TP resistances there are, you know, and with Xaviernaut backing his up i simply do not see him mindraped.
And Main Man undoubtedly resisted Martian Manhunter before.

Haha, such a simple point that I think most people over looked. In fact most of them can fly, except AC, but he not gonna be doing anything anyway, and Flash will not be touched, he will take Hulk.

yes they can all pretty much fly but this is an ambush...so a large portion of this group will be koed very quickly

I think GL would have to get creative, MM would have to try some kind of TP assault or WW would have to use one of the lasso abilities. I don't know how else it would be possible.
I think the best way for the JL to approach this would be for,
Flash & Supes to deal with Hulk
GL or WW to BFR Juggs quickly. hichever would best resist a mind assault is the better choice. WW maybe?
And then GL or WW to team with MM and keep him at bay until they figure out how to get rid of him. This step seems the most difficult of the 3 to me.

Ok. So it's a big public assembly; a stand, a podium, a big flag, the mayor, cops, press, thousands of civilians, in a big park, with confectionery and concession stands.
The plan : Divide And Conquer
Chuggernaut moves in from the side, Lobo moves in from behind, and Hulk from the front. Lobo acts first, silently jumping from a rooftop and landing on Flash, KO'ing him from the start. The JLA are alert, but Lobo puts his hands up as if to surrender, stalling the JLA. Chuggernaut, who had already started running when Lobo jumped, crashes through the stand, taking the JLA off their feet. Right after that, Hulk throws a good sized building over the crowd. Superman immediately flies out to catch it. At that mark, Chuggernaut cold-cocks J'onn, KO'ing him. Superman is still trying to find a place to put the building. Hulk grabs a handful of civilians and leaps over the crowd. While in the air, he chucks the civilians towards Green Lantern. While GL is catching the civilians, Hulk lands and charges. Before Wonder Woman makes her move with her lasso, Lobo kicks her from behind. She skids to a stop at Hulk's feet, where Hulk ground-pound KO's her. Chuggernaut stomps GL into the ground for another KO. Superman sees his friends are in trouble and BFR's the building into space. Hulk and Lobo pitch civilians towards Chuggernaut. Superman speeds down to catch them. However, holding two civilians severely restricts Superman's speed, leaving him wide open to Chuggernaut's grip. Lobo and Hulk quickly move in. Both take one of Superman's arms, stomp his knees out from behind, and Chuggernaut makes the KO punch.
So, was this what you had in mind, or just "Brick Team, 10/10"?
EDIT: Actually, I just realized, my plan didn't turn out to be "divide and conquer" after all. Ah, well. F*ck it.
