I'd say Killer Croc because of two reasons. One, because Croc has a shitload of experience fighting, he was a wrestler in the circus before he went to Gotham. Two, Killer Croc easily has the strength advantage. He's lifted a god-damned bus before.

Killer Croc being an ex-wrestler is fine, but the Lizard has loads of experience fighting metahumans, more than Croc who's primary opponent is a peak human.

Strength advantage? One showing doesn't mean much, Croc's always been depicted as weaker than Lizard who's been described as triple as strong as Spider-Man.

Lizard also is more durable and heals faster than Croc. Believe it or not, this is terrible spite against the Batman villain.
