My girl is coming from her doctor's visit right now and I get to find out when the c-section is scheduled for!

I didn't get to go today, I have strep throat at the moment and didn't want to risk anyone else getting sick.

How exciting! Any particular reason for the c-section? How long do you guys have to go, approx? Being a parent is so awesome 😄 Hope the strep throat clears soon, Jamie's father had that on their last visit here and he was laid up in bed for 4 days. He never rests if he can help it so we knew it had knocked him sideways.

Several reasons. She was apprehensive about going natural. Her other child was emergency c-section, so the doctors are saying it needs to be cesarean this time around too.

holy donuts, for some reason i thought you were still pregnant. I wasn't thinking of when you posted the news it just went so fast, i can't believe she's already 8 months old. Shes beautiful baby. 😊

I can understand why she'd be apprehensive, it's extremely traumatic both physically and mentally! 😂 I must say I feel very fortunate that my labour was relatively quick and problem-free so I was able to deliver naturally and with no pain relief etc. Most women aren't that lucky. How are you feeling about impending fatherhood? 😄
