Well, when you consider that prior to WWII, Peanut Butter was commonly eaten with bacon bits and sold in tubes in that combo by Oscar Meyer or that in certain regions, its a common hamburger topping, it really isn't that strange. Gross, but not strange.

I found a few things I think I could handle out of all that mess and pure junk:
The pink panther; a brioche roll with cotton candy filling
Toasted ravioli; deep fried ravioli (I'd struggle eating more than 2 peices)
Breakfast pizza; A sausage pizza with bacon and eggs, topped with mozzarella cheese and country gravy as sauce
The Ol' Brown Eye; A chocolate frosted Krispy Kreme donut filled with a Krispy Kreme donut hole
Bacon And Grilled Cheese Egg In The Hole
Granted, I'd only have as much as I could without puking... one a year of any of those would do me...
