I'm asking out of ignorance but how is her durability?

I know she can will herself to heal but would if someone shot her in the head and it immediately both killed and koed her. She couldn't will herself to heal since she's dead (unconscience) could she?

She has to have conscience to do that doesn't she?
If you shoot her in the heart then she will still have conscience at the first moment and recreate herself. But a bullet to the heart is not the same as one to the brain.

Any evidence she can recreate herself while dead or unconscience?
