and tore the concept of Time down across the entire Omniverse.

The only reason Time exists, is because of HOM Wanda during the saga,
and you want Strange to use it against her? 😐

It is a matter of who stops time first and not who does it better. And Wanda doesn't because of CIS and thus loses.
