You could interpret it that way. I'm just saying that Colossus is pretty strong and basically in Savage Hulk's Class at his base. Throw in superior fighting skills and speed, and it's not far fetched that he momentarily knocked him out. Writers tend to use the entire his relative to his opponent bullshit. Colossus clearly wasn't portrayed as being able to go blow for blow from what I recall.Yea Classic Iron Man fluctuated, "a lot" but he was a beast at times. He has stalemated and even took the advantage over Namor underwater, stalemated Silver Surfer, held his own against Hercules, temporarily out slugged Count Nefaria, and other shit. The only real person who was clearly was portrayed above him on a consistent level would have been Thor.
Throw in his tricks and bullshit (He always managed to pull something out of his ass when needed.), and he was the most formidable Avenger next to Thor on a general basis. Anyone who dismisses him here easily, based on some of his showing don't know their shit.
Just so you know, Iron Man has one shotted Savage She-Hulk once.
In the new Hulkbuster Armor? Tony would shit stomp Colossus.
Fair enough on the Colossus KO Hulk thingy. I just don't think they defined what that was very well. KO? Stun? Playing possum? But to have Hulk taking on gods and heralds yet get KO'd by a plain ol' mutant. It would have to be considered a low showing of Hulk and high showing of Colossus. Even if just to secure the dignity of Hulk's rivals like Thor, Juggernaut, and Hercules. Against the Hulk, Colossus should be in the same boat as Thing. Thing's only ever KO'd Hulk with circumstances, but even in the old days Hulk has ended the fight when he got bored of it. One-shots and such.
Yeah, like I said, when She-Hulk was beating on him, I didn't get the feeling Iron Man was really trying. He mostly seemed to be trying to talk to her. But she was pissed, it clearly wasn't equal effort.
And, ditto. The new Hulkbuster armor was the shiznit.
