That boom is from him hitting the building. That scan is also from a "What If?" comic. And lastly, Juggernaut got blasted by a sentinel, that is why he is flying through the air.

i recall one of these super speed instances... it was when he traveled from canada to USA (new york i think) in a matter of seconds. oh wait... that was actually an issue where he also had the ability to fly. 😛 it was onslaught who actually gave him those two abilities. that's right jugs got super speed and the ability to fly... right after onslaught punched him. 🙄 man i never thought onslaught's punch could imbue those kinds of powers. 🤣

He wasn't punched, he was thrown according to his handbook entry.
