Its going to be set in a modern world like our own but with more futuristic technology. Technology that was created to keep humanity on par with mutant abilities, such as military devices which enable users to see through walls and incredibly powerful weaponry. The majority of mutants wish to live “normal” lives with mankind. The general populace is accepting of mutant-kind and their powers, but there are the occasional organizations that insist on separation of man and mutant.
The government has taken steps to insure public safety by creating a mutant police force to police the mutants. There are also specialized government organizations created to handle worldwide mutant problems. But these organizations powers are limited, they can’t interfere in any local law enforcement’s jurisdiction until asked to.
And of course when there is order there must also be chaos. This comes in the forms of mutants using their powers for selfish-gain; as well as the occasional human using advanced technology to make some extra cash. But you’re neither of these.
You are a mutant, but your not just any mutant, while many people have super-speed or increased strength or heat vision, you’ve been blessed with unique powers. That have to be explainable in some logical way, to prove that your power will actually work.
For Example: I make explosions... somehow. Will not be accepted.
A correct example would be along the lines of cyclops power he refocused light within his eye so much that the reflection of light was an insanely powerful optic blast.
Or as in jesse case he makes adoms move in such a way he can wall in and out walls and become a powerful mass

Ush, I would like to propose a Halo/Halo 2 "capture the flag" themed RPG in the Unhosted Role Play forum, since no one really is leading them.
It will have two sides: Red. And Blue. Each in their own respective bases.
All in one box canyon. (Coagulation!)
The main objective of each team will be to capture the other's flag. Unlimited score(since we are all doing this for fun, really). Communication will be important, but it would be nice to add fairness or comic relief.
Unlike in-game, players will be able to choose from the following weapons: Assault Rifle, Battle Rifle, Sniper Rifle, Beam Rifle, SMG's, Plasma rifles/pistols, needlers, and one energy sword/rocket l./brute s. each. Vehicles include(each team has🙂 one banshee, two ghosts, one scorpion tank, one warthog(normal machine gun mounted). Ammo is considered to be limitless. Each team can have up to sixteen players. No stacking allowed(10 vs. 5, that kind of thing.)
If a participant is killed, they are assumed to respawn after a total of FIVE posts, inside their own base. Players are also expected to be mature and play fairly. No trash talking, but humor would be a nice touch. No bashing.

I'm still interested in DM'ing DND games. Anyone can join and I have limitless resources for adventure ideas. I've been thinking about it and I think I actually prefer Fire's ability score generation, I guess it helps regulate the game and the people cluttering the page. I might play and DM, along with 5 or 6 other interested people. I can supply the players with links to rules. I like to play a serious game, wherein an action may be comedic as long as it is not unrealistic. I would appreciate if my players wrote atleast 3 sentences with each action in cases outside of combat, atleast
2 sentences in combat, more is always welcome. I have expansion books for alternate /rules/skills/feats, you name it, incase the situation arises. I can also create custom or confirm custom classes, if you don't know what that means don't ask it's for advanced players only if there happen to be any.
Furthermore!! Please try to keep your characters interesting and please make an original character (unused and not carboncopied). Originality is not greatly imprtant, but if i can find another character in any work of fiction or these boards that 90% resembles the new character, then no go for you. If you insist on making the same character, try to go more towards the 50% or higher originality.
