Basically Umbrella covered up there mishap in Raccoon City and then an outbreak occured in Warren City, the once beautiful city is now home to millions of zombies. Hmm, I've already got permission because this is really a restart of another RP which had no story and made no sense...so I, Liquid_Fire, took it upon myself to bring this Star Wars RPG to life by writing a story and plot ! It is a StarWars RPG that takes place in the Jedi Academy on Yavin 4. [This is after the empire.] You are all either Jedi Knights or Padawans of other players and you, (Or your Jedi Knight master) has recieved a message from Luke Skywalker himself seeking audience in the Academy. You start by walking into the room and introducing your character. [This includes your Bio.] Something really really disturbing has happened....read the intro to find out what!
Let it be noted that this will be an interesting and fun RPG, but it revolves around a real plot and is not senseless killing. There is character devopment and you will develop relationships of all sorts with other characters. Because this RPG revolves around plot I encourge people who are interested to read the entire first post to get the story, read the rules as well. It may seem a bit much but you will have much more fun playing if you know the whole story. Beleive me I know.

Alright, heres what i wanna do:
A superhero game. Central East Coast City is a haven for crime. It was founded with the dream of being the city that puts America back in the eyes of the world. The city is site to an enormous "prison of the future", a genetic research laboratory, an academy which specializes in the most advanced technology, and a corrupt militaristic organization. Mob bosses rule the streets, murder is an everyday thing, guns litter the street in droves. You will play the role of a new superhero, fresh tights and everything. You became a hero to protect the city from criminals. But then, weird things start happening. Instead of petty thieves and bank robbers, you start to hear stories of freaks, mutants, people with unbelievable powers, like yourself. Unfortunately for you, they aren't as righteous as you are, and so your story begins...
I will be the host and control the villains. Members can form teams, and fight each other. What makes my RP different is simply that I want to remove some bothersome troubles that annoy me and disrupt the game for other players:
1. Originality-
Characters may not have certain powers that were fun when you first saw them used, but are basically character original and should not be duplicated. Some examples I have seen are super bloodlust mode being copied from Raven and such, most summoning abilities (especially dragons), and magic swords that harness too much power.
2. Darkness and demonic powers-
Darkness powers shall be off limits unless I say otherwise. Characters who use darkness powers similar to Raven, The Darkness, or The Shade, shall not be allowed to join.
3. Theme-
Superpowers should share a similar theme. For instance, a character can not have lightning powers and telekinesis. Now, if they used their lightning powers to magnify metal and control it (as in the case of Static Shock), this probably will be deemed acceptable.
4. Power levels-
Characters shall be deemed to have approximately the same level of power. Characters who have many powers, they will have to be balanced out. For example, if one character has only superstrength, and one has superstrength and fire powers, the first guy, having all his power diverted to strength, will be more than twice as strong as the second.
5. Beginnings and amnesia-
No tortured upbringings or harsh life experiences being the motivation for superheroism. No Batman "parents murdered before my eyes" or "tortured my entire childhood" stories. Examples I will take are things along the lines of "read too many comic books and wanted to be like them", "rebelling because I found out I was adopted", or "got mugged and wanted to beat people up". I will absolutely NOT accept "woke up bruised and battered with no memories".
6. Travel-
No instant teleporting, lightspeed travel, or "sinking into the ground, and rises up at the scene" (Raven fan references keep popping up, don't they?). Although this will not be a heavy subject since getting to the scene won't go into great detail anyway, please keep it in mind.
7. Turns-
Battle shall be turn based, and one round can only hold so much. Turns will go in the order I choose and may hold approximately one or two actions, a statement (approximately a couple regular sized sentences), and as many thoughts as you need since thought is a near instant process. This depends on what the actions are, lesser actions and statements allow for more to be done.

They are heavily armed and extremely well trained for combat, and they were all in the same room, aided by three wall mounted blaster turrets. Scorch markes reveal that they all, along with the turrets, put up a fight. The whole room was in tatters."

Halo(CTF-Coagulation) RPG
It will have two sides: Red. And Blue. Each in their own respective bases.
All in one box canyon. (Coagulation!)
The main objective of each team will be to capture the other's flag. Unlimited score(since we are all doing this for fun, really). Communication will be important, but it would be nice to add fairness or comic relief.
Unlike in-game, players will be able to choose from the following weapons: Assault Rifle, Battle Rifle, Sniper Rifle, Beam Rifle, SMG's, Plasma rifles/pistols, needlers, magnums, Covenant Carbines, and one energy sword/rocket l./brute s. each.
Spawn weapons are different; they end up with the player after respawn and therefore have their own limits. Spawn weapons are limited to Carbines, Assault Rifles, or plasma rifles. Secondary spawn weapons are either plasma pistols, SMG, or magnum.
Vehicles include(each team has🙂 one banshee, two ghosts, one scorpion tank, one warthog(normal machine gun mounted). Ammo is considered to be limitless. Each team can have up to sixteen players. No stacking allowed(10 vs. 5, that kind of thing.)
If a participant is "killed", they are assumed to respawn after a total of FIVE posts, inside their own base, with their DEFAULT weapons chosen. If a vehicle is destroyed, it is assumed to respawn somewhere near the vicinity of the home base after a total of TEN posts. Players are also expected to be mature and play fairly. No trash talking, but humor would be a nice touch. No bashing. Good grammar and spelling would be much appreciated.

Perspective of the game is assumed to be FIRST-PERSON, not third person. A mix of emotes(action text) and singular words would suffice.
To enter(if this RPG gets approved at all) 😛, registering players will take the Spartan Armour color test(What Color Spartan(Halo) are you?) to find out their color armour. BE AWARE THAT the test will only determine the COLOR of your armour, but the personality of your registering character is up for you to decide. Just ignore the words and take the color. You may choose your own secondary color to give yourself a uniqueness.
