Dark blue gloves, spiked hair, Brown eyes, Tan skin, and swords held behind like an X. His hands are covered with gloves because his hands are fire and are to hot to use in real life so he wears gloves.
Powers: Jacope is mostly good with Power and transforming. Very good with sword and weapons. He has extremely good fighting skills and good techniques. Not a mortal, he’s part of a group with an unknown name. ((code name: JXkl9D9)) and the members are very strong and powerful people. They are meant to save the world so they are trained very well and can’t die easily. Jacope is able to fuse and has a powerful sword that can be charged only with his powers. His best power ball is the Mega, Supersonic, Charged Spirit bomb. He is able to learn new moves but here are the following that he did not learn yet

Bio: Jacope was born normal but his childhood is unknown. So far that is known is that at the age of 14, Jacope was a member of an alliance that teamed up with the saiyans to destroy the planet. Jacope was one day walking in the woods until he saw a glowing orb that could talk named Damashi, who brainwashed him with illusions of being the protector of the universe. Jacope trained with Damashi with everything he needs to learn and know before his quest of saving. Damashi then told Jacope to team up with the protectors of the world and Goku. Jacope went through the world fighting against evil was very close to fight Magin buu but lost to a man named Motar. Jacope was not able to continue. Jacope then was resurrected for a second chance and learned the techniques of becoming within the power of the X. Jacope is now ready for his chance to be the next hero. Will Jacope be ready?

I am sorry for what is happening to the Halo RPG, and I am confident it will turn out ok but because of the fact that I am a total Halo fan I have decided I would like to create a new Halo RPG. I have written a plot with a lot of good twists that is perfect for an RPG. It starts on a UNSC Explorer ship Iron Fist out in deep space when it enters a new system it gets attacked by 3 Covenant vessels. The uniqueness of this System is that it is two orbiting stars, in an attempt to flee the Captain makes a short Slip Space jump to the other star and stumbles upon another planet, hiding the ship in the planets shadow…for some reason the Covenant attack again almost instantly…they knew you were going to go there…how? Your question is answered when a Halo ring comes into view across the planet’s horizon. For some reason, one of the Covenant ship had ran instantly when you had entered the system…
The RPG will when the ship is in slip space going to the unknown system, so you get to take part in the initial Covenant attack. You will assume the role of any UNSC crew member aboard the ship, but only 3 or 4 Spartans allowed, I encourage creativity when making your Spartan, as well as any other character you make. You may also assume the role of one of the Covenant aboard the ships or any other character you think of, if your character is neither Covenant nor UNSC please PM me to see if it is alright, you have an almost certain chance of me giving you the go ahead.
Rules: #1: You WILL write your posts like a section of a novel, please try to use correct grammar and use literate techniques, your post must be clear and easy to understand.
#2: Try and avoid short posts, there will be times when that is hard so you may make a short post during those times.
#3: No “Godding”, I don’t care if you’re a Spartan or not you cannot take one fifty thousand flood and hope to win, you can go down in a blaze of glory, but you cannot win UNLESS you find some ingenious way to write your way out while keeping in realistic parameters.
# 4: Related to the above rule, your posts must be realistic, no “Takes his gun and shoots 50 flood.” Don’t just write a vague action, write how you do that action and the effect that action makes. Your posts will not be vague.
# 5: Be fair, if you and three other characters are ambushed, you must remember that they will be reacting at the same time as you, so don’t take down 5 of the 8 enemies, take down two or three and leave a fair amount for your fellows.
#6: Your sheet must be detailed, not five, three letter sentences, also your sheet must follow the same or similar format as the rest.
# 7: It would help if you knew what Halo was and so forth, if you have any questions PM me because I probably know more about Halo than any other person on this site.
# 8: I am new at making a RPG, I tried one already but the rules were not followed and I tried to explain things and so forth but confusion just destroyed the flow of that RPG, I am going to enforce these rules more than I did before, but they are not bars, they are flexible, but you MUST PM me before bending a rule.
# 9: It would help if you are literate…and HAVE FUN!
#10: This is halo, you can use any weapon, any vehicle, any whatever it says on the box, try to stay In character blah blah blah I don’t like writing rules HAVE FUN!!
