It's a double sized book so that's likely why. The artist need time to work. Plus, yeah it's about revenue for the one-shots too but it depends on how you look at it. This way, it gave Siege: Loki more chances to sell. And just that book was worth it. Plus, money helps them pay the bill and expand into other mediums. This delay isn't so bad. It's over shadowed by Marvel pushing Deadpool, Thor, Iron Man, and the Avengers into the forefront. And not sure about you, but Marvel vs Capcom 3 has a wider selection of the MU. Let them make their money.
