No, we see the finale of the fight where Walter slashes She Hulk and she goes down and he stops. Also that comment was said in the mainstream Infinity Crusade series. That's not picking and choosing that just flat out contradicts prior comments and feats.

No, they only showed her standing over her in the main book. The fight was shown in AF. Here for comparison sake read the fight in Infinite Crusade between Shaman and Wolverine and Windshear and Vision. Buts things into more perspectives.

It's a perfectly valid reason, Wolverine and She-Hulk were fighting Wendgio, then it got a glancing slash, I believe there were 3 openings on her stomach, then she passed out from blood loss.
