If you needed to form a think tank of the best ten (Earth) scientists in DC and Marvel who would they be? You can use villains and heroes but no aliens unless they spend the majority of their time on Earth and no people from the future or past (so no Brainiac 5)

T.O. Morrow and Rip Hunter would definitely be in the mix. Morrow's tech was manipulating a universe.

Will Magnus for robotics. Creating the Metal Men for one.

Reed Richards is a no brainer. Ha!

Ray Palmer is the Reed Richards of the DCU

Forge from the X-Men.

Batman from the JLA.

Classic Captain Comet is close to Reed Level.

And the proffesor from Challengers of the Unknown. Could understand Hypertime.

Niles Caulder might make it in my top 10. Definetly top 10 for DCU, because he is one of the smartest men in DCU. Read last Doom Patrol. He defeated the FIRST scientist.
