No. But Barricade did have blades. They might not have been of Sideswipe's caliber but atleast it's a fight. What has Sideswipe done besides "the feat" Who has he fought? Bumblebee has taken out Ravage who is arguably the fastest Transformer over ground.

I've not ignored Sideswipe's blades? How could I? They are the only thing going for Sideswipe in this fight IMO. I've said it before: Megatron and Starscream took tons of swipes and stabs from Prime but were fine after there battle. Both Bumblebee and Sideswipe are about twice as small as those three, give or take, use the proportions and do the math.

Bumblebee takes alot of damage when he fights? He looked unharmed after his fight with Barricade who he pwned. Note that Barricade is considered the rival of Bumblebee in the Decepticon camp. His face mask was damaged in his fight with Ravage and Rampage. Nothing more that was catastrophic. Only time he got ****ed up was his taking Starscream's missile. Starscream's about 2 tiers above Bumblebee. He's the second best Decepticon. He would solo both Ratchet and Ironhide. And much easier, yes, Bumblebee and Sideswipe. Yet, after the going legeless, he still fought on and contributed majorly for his team.

I ask again, what has Sideswipe done? You are going off of pure speculation my friend.

SS has a cooler accent.

No. We've soundly bested the argument that BB can last longer than a few seconds. Yet, you guys continue with the rediculous idea that BB stands a chance with B.S. arguments like "BUT HE FOUGHT FIGHT N'STUFF, DOODZ!" That is not an argument.

SS is faster and more skileld as a H2H combatant. BB's canons are weak against other transformers. These are facts. It's a hands down victory for SS. No contest.

Nobody ignored Sideswipe's blades, as Darth Martin said, there's just nothing to see. He does ONE thing in the whole movie and no logical or sensible mind would deduce that this is enough to say he wins.
