She has a mystical weakness to bullets, but they don't penetrate her skin. They still bounce off she just experiences pain. Blades aren't an issue for her, don't know where you got that. Only magical arrows and swords penetrate her skin.
And it's not like Apocalypse is going to try and SHOOT her, so the point is moot.

Don't disregard Supergirl. Strength wise, she's supposed to be at or slightly below Superman's base physical stats. On average she's actually slightly above him, but when he goes all out he surpasses her.

There are feats of Apoc granting himself any strenght level he desires in his respect thread but the god damned scans don't work.
