Like someone already said: Ikaris, HE, Loki and then he took on Inhumans (Black Bolt was there) + X-Factor and would own them, because they had nothing on him. Then recently he crushed Stryfe like a joke. He also crushed Exodus very easily.

No not really, as Apocalypse was really a beast back then. And even writers said Apocalypse was the a beast back then and wanted to remember fans what it means returning Apocalypse to his classic levels; making a joke out of Stryfe and we know how powerful Stryfe really is.
So Apocalypse getting better/stalemating Loki was pretty much proper writing for classic Apocalypse. And then he backed that up going against HE (and Inhumans+X-Factor and would own them) and HE in little later appearance defeated Thor (and HE said that Apocalypse was a villain of the first order). It's wasn't crap writing, it was just Apocalypse being in his classic level, which also writers mentioned.
About teleportation abilities; he used them in a fight against High Evolutionary and HE couldn't do anything about it.

no it's not. the guy has NO feats that put her anywhere NEAR her level.
the ONLY reason quicksilver uses his speed all the time is because he has shit durability. having nice durability is why people like diana and even clark don't use their speed all the time.
