The Spectre couldn't resist because the host is dead. Thanos is not.

What has Nekron even done to prove he's more powerful than Annihilus let alone than Thanos? Annihilus waged war with the marvel universe while the black lanterns convert over the dead. They need the forces and had it not been for Thanos going against Annihilus Galactus would never have been freed in the first place.

You're just upset Thanos wins this thread. That's kinda sad.

You and Quanchi need to realize that Nekron isn't the same sort of villain as Annihilus. Nekron is like a force of nature, he can't be bargained with and Thanos couldn't possibly hope to benefit from any sort of alliance with him. He would lose

Death upgraded Thanos after she rezzed him. She usually doesn't get involved but when he does she is a concept in the same league as Oblivion, Infinity, and Eternity.
