How would Thor have the reflexes to hit someone who is far faster than Wally? Thor couldn't even touch Wally and wally was moving so fast that Superman himself was frozen.

i think ppl are ignoring the CIS factor that would cost zoom the majority of fights against certain heavy weights

We've discussed that. With that he'll only try to "strengthen them", without it he'd massacre them. He shouldn't be too far above simply ko'ing them.

like i said earlier wave rider takes him easily. zoom would finally face a master time traveler manipulator. steal zooms time bubble slow him down freeze the earth. zoom would wet his pants.

How many times out of 10?

I have already painstakingly explained why the surfer would win i.e perception/mental speed. As for thanos i think it would take a while for Zoom to ko him and in the period hed be able to set up a forcefield which would be pretty much it for Zoom. In the case of runner, i believe he is fast enough to engage Zoom regardless (similar to when flash was engaging him in their fight around the world) and with his far superior stats,energy output and powers he get the win. Not to mention that Zoom would probably end up liking the runner and hence that would affect the potency of his attacks
