I have already painstakingly explained why the surfer would win i.e perception/mental speed. As for thanos i think it would take a while for Zoom to ko him and in the period hed be able to set up a forcefield which would be pretty much it for Zoom. In the case of runner, i believe he is fast enough to engage Zoom regardless (similar to when flash was engaging him in their fight around the world) and with his far superior stats,energy output and powers he get the win.

lol what?facepalm Superman flying from vega to earth under a minute (25 light years away) first of all is mainly a travel speed feat and has little to do with perception speed. Not only that Surfer has travelled hundred of thousands of light years in seconds and as i showed earlier even billions of light years in seconds while simultaneously showing extremely high perception and mental speed exceeding whatever superman has shown. I never mentioned anything about Zoom giving a ratz ass about people he is fighting so please stop this foolish and meaningless rant about things formulated in ur imagination.
