I think there are few if almost no cases where it's allowed, except in the sense that say, Hal would be able to do what a weaker GL can, but it wouldn't work the other way around.

Sure, but WWH koed the same Rulk with one thunderclap while he tried to absorb his power. It was PIS filled, especially the mjolnir-gravity thing which btw Iron man has done too. Doesn't mean the entire fight is PIS.

Well, Beta Ray Bill was shown to be his physical equal in durability and strength. His hammer is blessed with the Odinforce and made of the same material as Mjolnir. The transformation that occurred and gave him the power of Thor after he lifted Mjolnir, happens also with storm breaker through Odins enchantment.They are for all intentions and purposes equals.

I don't find him holding Mjolnir PIS since they were in space. But he used Mjolnirs abilities. Lighting and flight. If he wasn't worthy, that hammer shouldn't have even pulled him the speed it did.

Thor was used as a measuring stick and as a tool to make Rulk look good. That said, Rulk did it again against Thulk in the issue where his identity is revealed. Even if Thor does hold a 3-1 winning record against Rulk, those are stains that can't be ignored for me.

It was another good showing for WWH. Not much more to it I guess.

No it hasn't. We are referring to Mjolnir slams, not flying untold light years into a planet.

I agree with most here that Superman hits harder than Thor. However, Thor does have the Assgardian corn-hole slam at his disposal. He plays hide the handle, Assgardian style.

In comics, the stronger someone is then the harder they can punch.
A punch is a push. So pushing, lifting feats count toward punching power.
