Coalition against Sise-Neg

So people have decided that Sise-Neg needs to die. Out of these people listed, which ones would be able to destroy Sise-Neg at the height of his power?

This isn't all at the same time against Sise-Neg, just one on one battles.

(This will help me gauge what the consensus is on just where Sise-Neg stands in total power compared to other top dogs)

1,2 definetly, 3 possibly, 4 no, 5 possibly (but probably not), no idea what 6 is, 7 probably, 8 yes, 9 and 10 probably not, 11 (there's a big difference between IG and HOTU) no and yes respectively, 12 and 13 I can't say, 14-16 probably not.

Yea I know that there's a big difference between IG and HOTU, but since they aren't actual entities I just grouped them together.

Would you mind listing which ones out of the people I posted either beat him or lose? The names I posted are from a list (made by a comicvine user called Tevnoba) of people that could supposedly all beat Sise-Neg at the height of his power.

TOAA, Presence, PR Beyonder, MoM, HotU and possibly GEB would all stalemate him.

Btw, aren't Multi-Eternity and Multi-Infinity just concepts? What's the difference between regular Eternity/Infinity and Multi-Eternity/Multi-Infinity?

The 'multi' is suppose to mean every version of each character from all the different universes.
