It's pretty clear that he's became GOD and was mutliversal, but if you go to comicvine they are pretty convince that he is only universal.

Why is it clear? What was stated exactly, Universe or Multiverse. A lot of beings become "God" in comics. 😉

Sise-Neg said "This universe and beyond". He went back to the beginning of time and destroyed Earth 616 which, by extension, would destroy all the alternate realities that branch off the main universe.

So yes, Sise-Neg was multiversal.

Ehhh by definition it technically isn't. To be multiversal, you have to be able to affect more than one multiverse. Sise-Neg destroyed and recreated all that was Marvel at the time, which was a multiverse and he became the supreme being of Marvel.
