In case you haven't realized it yet, the rings do not truly resurrect people, and Scar doesn't even have a ring. She died and continued to live. But it's irrelevant, she's dead, gone. Makes no difference here.

happened off panel then. I would agree but she stated it, that means her death didn't have to be shown, it was off panel
