nobody else in this list can hold up to that, in fact most of their best feats are surviving an encounter against the hulk to begin with.
he was engulfed by plasma and high power lightning hotter than the sun but he was still green and clearly intact = hulk's skin tanked it.
he was penetrated by gladiator's heat vision since it was hot as well as concentrated, so that would be his durability being breached. also logan's claws (depending on which showings/histories you want to believe) cut him also, but then again logan's claws can cut almost anything.

Agreed -properly written, Hulk can withstand a lot before getting cut. He should be shown to be lot more durable than Cage.
