Doc Samson vs Colossus

Colossus needs out of teams for a while. Let him have a solo mag for a year or two like the Thing did and shake off some of the old habits.

Come out of that a badass and get some respect....

Nice back story and dived into Piotr's psyche.

Boring is a character who always "gets angrier and stronger" (wonder who that is)

oohh was that a personal dig? lawl. let's play the role shall we: hulk get's angry for a reason, colossus turns into steel cause he's a mutant, same reason beak looks like a sick bird.

There's just a LOT of wank and too much exposure for some very boring characters. I think Piotr's back story and such could make for an interesting 20 - 25 issues. It may even help develop the character.

Supes, Hulk, Wolverine, Bats... sick of them, they all bore me to death now.

Hard to imagine Samson doing worse, even if all he did was get laid out by Hulk in a 1 vs 1.. (Since Pete had all that support)

Samson got one-shotted...

Colossus did great against WWH. Arguably Hulk wasn't all that mad against Professor X compared with Reed, Strange and Tony, but the X-men were going pretty hard at him.

Piotr does have some great showings against Hulk... So does Samson 😉

Rockslide got his arms tossed to Jersey.

White Queen was pretty much utterly ignored. She was actually hitting Hulk while he was fighting Colossus and he paid her no mind. Same thing with Beast I believe.

Wolverine got his brains turned to mush.

The only one besides Colossus to really do any damage was Kitty when she phased him into the ground.

Colossus lasted longer than just about any other brick against WWH on Earth. And took arguably the least amount of damage. He got his arms bent, yeah. But all they needed was a low power laser to get them back to normal. Ben got his face smashed in, so did Hercules, Samson got dropped, etc..

I honestly don't get the Colossus hate, he's a good character, just treated poorly by the people who handle him.

It wasn't a great showing, Piotr didn't even draw blood with his punches. Beast gave Hulk a bloody nose.

But at least Colossus didn't get one-shotted like Ares, She-Hulk or Samson. He took 2 punches and kept fighting.

He did draw blood. Turned his head and had blood flying from his mouth.
