Either man. Thanos and DS are just in another league and always will be. Yes DS has lost to supes and others but he's a villian and will have some losses just like Thanos. However, it's clear to me that Thanos and DS are above any HH (on KMC not comics as those can be a popularity contest with a common Good must prevail theme).
Darskeid's character was never this badass powerhouse he was always a devious schemer/manipulator with vast resources at his beck and call.
