Yes.

I didn't forgot them. But CA has the speed and the Shield to dodge or absorb most of the damage.

He's close but I think Thor edges him out a little bit

His "Class 2" hits have knocked out Hulk and Rhino, nearly decapitated Onslaught, and had Spider-Man and Logan on the losing end. He demolished Bron-Char, a super-strong Kree that broke one of Cap's replacement shields.

He's also beaten Wrecker a couple of times, but not in 1 shot. He is more powerful, after all. He also 1-shot KO'd Piledriver, for added consistency.

He 1-shot KO'd a Skrull who had previously taken hits from Thing.

He's deflected Mjolnir with a shield toss. The scan doesn't work.

He took a bite from the Class 90 Ulik as well as Thor did

He's also smacked up Loki, Capt. Britain, Nightmare, Surfer/Carnage, and Cable, who said Cap was faster, stronger, and had triple the endurance.

Basically cap is the guy you dont mess with. Thor has flat out failed to hit cap before when he was amnesic and didnt know who cap was (so he wasnt holding back).
During the early days of the Avengers, they used to run training where Cap would put down the whole team at one time; Thor, Iron Man and Giant-Man included. They timed how long it took for them, as a team, to land one good shot, and it ran into the minutes.
