The implication is pretty clear. This was a clone that could fool "the most cosmic of beings" into thinking it was the real Thanos. I think it would be somewhat of a giveaway if it was half the physical power of the actual Thanos and therefore its pretty safe to assume that its more or less an exact physical duplicate of the real Thanos's power.
In fact Thanos' plans depended on this as were the clone to be notably weaker than normal it (being imbued with Thanos psychic imprint and thus having all his knowledge and memories) would undoubtedly realize it was not the genuine article.
