And while Thanos would knock savage out current hulk is to much to deal with. (HTH mind you)

You mean when he grabbed them by the head? Thanos based on his showings is stronger than the Professor Hulk but he wasn't shown as being overwhelmingly stronger. I remember Drax and Hulk both restrained him and another instance where Hulk was on top of Thanos beating on him.
Bi Beast has actually defeated the Prof Hulk through nothing but brute force, however his attacks weren't even acknowledged by the current Hulk it's as if Bi Beast wasn't even there, that's just one example to the differences in scale of power between the two incarnations. As much as I like Thanos, I can't see him defeating Hulk if he decides to push himself past his WWH levels.

He grabbed Professor Hulk and Thing. Professor Hulk isn't all that impressive when you compare him to people like World War Hulk, Planet Hulk, World Breaker Hulk...etc, etc.
Lord Marv-ell has shown nothing that puts him in Bi-Beast level of strength. His blasting power is insane but let's not pretend he walked around punching people to death.

He's more powerful than the Surfer and Nova. The Hulk's never shown up a fully powered Surfer either who is fighting back.
WW Hulk burned himself off against Pal Sentry while they traded punching fighting the Hulk's fight. WB Hulk is past elite top tier but then again so has Thanos. He's always been past it.
You can't ignore their overpower power level. Just because Hulk's limited to his strength that doesn't mean everyone else is. Power wise Mar-vell>>>WB Hulk.
