The Blade of Olympus vs. The Master Sword (actually it's Kratos vs. Link)

Gameplay mechanics: Not valid arguments. O:

neither is a single small section of a game that YOU are mathing based on real world physics. Something the developers most likely never took into account. What we KNOW that took into account, is the whole game being based around Link running about and defeating puzzles and obstacles. This would not be a concern if he was as strong as you claim, furthermore he would never be put against tiny little rats or wildlife if he was naturally this strong in TP.

And now I see why the Link fanboys are the worst of them all 😐

BT: play a Zelda game, come back and argue when you have some clue what you're talking about. 😛

I think you're the one that needs to play a Zelda game. If you did you'd realize that things like falling 20 feet hurt Link...

God damn it you guys are stupid.

No no, we're the ones who don't think Link is anywhere near as strong as Kratos. 🙂

Yes he could.

If Link was in the same position, his legs would break and the Golden Gauntlets won't even save him.

None are impressive compared to sword locking Ganondorf.

😆 Please tell me you're kidding.

Ganon's being used as a short form here. Ganondorf is incredibly strong.

Ganondorf has done nothing on Kratos' level. OoT Ganon would be slaughtered by Kratos and just with the Blades of Athena and Helios' head. The Blade of Olympus wouldn't even be needed.

Bull.

Believe what you want.

Not impressive to someone who can throw thousand ton pillars.

That feat is child's play compared to Kratos' greater feats in God of War II.

Based on a false assumption. The Hydra has no showings of strength close to Ganondorf's and neither does Kratos.

Kratos has shown more strength feats than Ganondorf. Even his stronger form, Ganon, has done nothing that Kratos couldn't already do. He's not the Juggernaut

He's atleast around the same strength level, he over-powered Ganondorf. That's an incredible feat.

Throwing a huge Goron and tripping a big lava monster (w/ Iron Boots) is not as impressive as throwing an oversized pillar. Link (w/ Golden Gauntlets) was clearly stronger than Ganondorf. Why do you think he never fought OoT Link in close-range in his human form?

Gameplay mechanics. Adorable.

No, you need to play a Zelda game, and carefully observe the cutscenes/canon events.

This is funny though. Everyone's stopped trying to argue and now it's just "No, Kratos is stronger, because I said so!", I lol'd.

That's funny, last I checked there's not much in the way of cutscenes in LoZ and all we have to go by is gameplay. LoZ fanboys don't have any problems using gameplay feats til the cows come home but when you use their own "evidence" against them watch how they decry the use of gameplay like the Woman's Christian Temperance Union decried alcohol.

Were not assuming Link is a 1000 tonner based on our own math on a game whos main game play is based on puzzle solving, item collecting and key finding. Were not assuming Link is capable of carving his way across Hyrule with his bare hands across mountain and Earth while still looking for weapons such as the little arrows he fires, or various swords when he can apparently hold thousands of tons of force in his hands.

Its a joke...you people must be aware of this and are just trolling/antagonising people.

Ironically, you're doing the same with Ganondorf and Link.

Except for the fact that it's you sayin, "Link is stronger because I said so." Seriously, when you can come up with one cutscene where Link throws something half the size of the colossus, and please no contrived, fanboy arguments like "gannunz l0ked swrdz with him lololol", then you might have something to go on, but until then there's a reason why you look silly here. 🙂

Based on? Link's incredibly durable.. He can clearly hold his own against Ganondorf. So no.
Please tell me you're kidding.
Why would I be? Ganondorf is INCREDIBLY strong. O.o

Baseless, and incredibly false. Ganon would destroy Kratos 😐 With his bare hands. Let alone his TK and other powers.

Disagreed, name one thing better.

Kratos has shown more strength feats than Ganondorf. Even his stronger form, Ganon, has done nothing that Kratos couldn't already do. He's not the Juggernaut
More individual smaller scale feats.

He did, actually. If you got close to him he punched you, with his bare hands. He was stronger than OoT Link.

Ironically, you're doing the same with Ganondorf and Link.
Nope, I'm giving examples.

zomg! gameplay!

Started with Sin's post. He said Ganon never fougth Link up close... The fight occured in gameplay, so I corrected him.

This is starting to get old. Fast.

Agreed.
