A second timeskip has lead to another series of conflicts where Fairy Tail owns everyone they fight.

Is it really that hard? In Naruto, both our hero and main heroine fought their mentor in like 3 chapters tops. They displayed improvement, Kakashi didn't look bad, and the whole business was settled with cleverness before moving on. The two didn't need to stop a whole army by themselves lol.

Well maybe Hiro is making up for the Erza torture porn by letting her stomp an army and a mook with a particular set of skills.

However no time-skip is complete w/o Lucy getting beat up: which I don't think has happened yet.

Now this is just silly.

I know, it was so corny and silly, but I come to except FT as it is. lol

FT can never be great as One Piece.

So FT got a lot more interesting out of nowhere.

Zeref and Mavis are the best characters. So awesome.

wakkawakkawakka: seems that way. And in hindsight, it's truly amazing how this was foreshadowed.

Remember how back when Laxus was an uber-douche, he set up some barrier that kept people over a certain age stuck inside? If not for the dragons within them, Natsu would've ended up stuck anyway given his relation to Zeref, which would've spoiled the whole thing. Not to mention how Zeref recognized him when they met on Sirius Island. There's also how he's often able to do things that no one else can do and why? Because of Zeref using his etherious research or whatever he calls it to revive Natsu all that time ago in the first place.

So, everyone's back together. Bets on the next guildmaster?

I'm betting it might be Lucy as a super surprise, since she would fall under 7th master of Fairy Tail. The obvious choice would be Laxus, since there was a build-up for him being the next guild master.

I didn't like the side FT characters, they should of stayed safely away or die as fodder in a shocking arc, later on.

Lisanna. Just to give the poor girl some relevance.

Probably Mirajane or Laxus. Erza is a stretch but also possible.

Gildartz is out there, but... I don't think he's going to be any more eager than last time.

So I'm confused. Is Erza officially master or what? I guess she is.

And FT Zero continues to be pretty great. The Ziera theory turned out to be correct.

That didn't take very long. I guess this still means Gildartz is still to powerful for the plot.

And he'd just be a crap guildmaster. He may be guild ace, but he spends all his time traveling.

Plus he causes more damage than anyone save maybe Natsu.

So it look like the former guild master Makarov is probably captured by this new enemy, the country known as "Alvarez".

Mest will make a great personal assistant for Erza guild master duties.

I hope Mavis becomes the final guild master in the end, because I can't picture Makarvo surviving this arc.

Fairy Tail got even more interesting. Though Hiro was always good at building hype so I'm a bit suspicious of where this new arc is going by introducing a new country.
