Read the statement. Wonder woman is faster reaction wise but quicksilver combat speed is much more impressive.
Example, in quicksilver fights he's a blur throughout the ENTIRE fight and he punches you at least 20 times during every attack.

Superman/Wonderwoman/Martian manhunter/Beta ray bill/thor/Sentry, none of them dont have any kind of proof showing that they can.
Now I can easily post some scans of Silver Surfer or Gladiator having on panel STATEMENTS of them blitzing at the speed of light.

Its accepted on KMC that he's faster than light but DC, numerous of writers stated that he cant go that fast. Hell, writers stated that wonder woman speed is>Superman.

By the way, thats not artistic license, he's really fighting that fast; its his powerset, speed. Superman doesnt fight like that in most cases because people like Konvikt, Despero, Solomon Grundy, The general, Shaggy man, etc.... keeps up with him and it has happened so much that its kind of hard to call it pis. Quick silver run circles around people with speed like that. He see them in slow motion.
