Kinda disappointing that Ares was able to beat Nate :/

Ares being able to go out of time was kinda stupid.

I think Nate was toying with everyone.

I mean before Ares beat him, he was stalemating Ares while he fought the rest of the Avengers.

^ that was a fun issue. not really a low showing for anyone involved. basically took the DA (sans Sentry) and the DX to put him down, but even then nate duped them. Interesting bit about the team of "X-Man and the Sentry" and all their adventures together. That team = an omega level mutant + whatever sentry truly is. My interest is piqued.

really impressed with ares. In a forum fight i think nate can take him but in comics i dont think it's ever appropriate for members of pantheons to be taken out, unless it's by other pantheons or cosmic beings/heroes/villains, or a drawn out contest.

interesting power of ares to be given able to step in time....i mean didnt see that coming. i also thing god status should be pushed up more.. but with nate come on that is some low lvl power display for nate... he didnt need to fight them physically and Ares unless given more exotic abilities isnt a match for nate... kinda disappointed...

also angry that they keep shoe horning sentry into other ppl's pass.....

The way I see it, Nate planned the whole thing. He didnt pwn Ares because doing so would not make it possible for him to insert himself as he needed to fake his own death.

Isn't it impossible for Sentry and X-Man to have done those things? He's had his memory since he 'came back', and he apparently 'left' before X-Man came to 616, didn't he?

Pretty much, Nate on entered the 616 Universe a few years ago marvel time. And I think the world has forgotten about Sentry for at least 10 years marvel time.

I'm updating my opinion. I think the one that did the most work against Galactus in their fight with him will win.

After having a look at those opening pages, I had a different interpretation of what it was saying.

But correct or not, whatever direction they take I just hope it makes Sentry a bit more interesting.

I thought that part was strange. Haven't seen a lot of X-Man but I thought he came well after Sentry vanished.

Nate did tremendously well, considering he did not overload himself in a faux body.
