Only reason "shush" was brought up because they were using Nate to literally freeze us in place and said we wouldn't be able to escape. I don't see how that is any different to what they were going to have Nate do.
We originally had just Comet slowing them down with TK, and they countered with just freezing us so then we used Talisman.
I figured that was a direct counter somewhat along the lines of.
K-K: we slow you guys down with TK.
G-L: Well we can counter your TK with out TK, and can one up it by actually freezing the area.
K-K: We have Shush.
G-L: That specific spell, comes from a time manipulation feat……..
….And that’s when the legality bickering came about.
Keep in mind, I am prone to be wrong about just about everything according to Bada. crackers

The ease of comparison was the only reason I mentioned Talisman's name.
My reasoning would be that using TK to stop people would be harder for the user (to stop for example someone as strong as Wonderwoman) than just to use a time-stop spell/tech. Its a matter of scope. We all know that herald bricks carry enough punch to bust planets, so showing enough TK power to stop that would be very high TK power. To stop more than one opponent with those skills would be night impossible (not to say above the caps).
However, a magical time stop, just severs a certain portion of space from the time stream powers and strength be damned. You can stop time for more than one opponent without additional effort. Such attacks are effectively one hit kos and should be banned if we follow the spirit of the rule. Note that if you use TK to somehow sever a portion of space from the time stream it would be equaly invalid. I assumed that TK freeze was imagined as using TK to catch someone akin to using your body to limit their movement.
Once again where did it say it was a magical time-stop? They never officially explained it. Still no different to apparently freezing people in place with Nate's tactic and as they said we wouldn't be able to break free.
Personally I have no problem if "shush" is banned, but if that is banned the Nate freeze should as well. As that can fall in the one-hit rule.
In addition we commented on how we can replenish Loki, but apparently that was overlooked too. Bah! If we lose to Leo and Galan I won't be upset, as I have told others their my favorites to win this and I respect them as posters. Just don't agree with some of the points the judges make (but I DO NOT want them to change their vote), like saying things that are banned when they were approved by batdude (golem)
