Just walk up to her, look for eye contact then say "hi I´m X" (don´t say X, X is your name). Then you could try reading body language, which is impossible because she´s a women.
So just ask if she´d like to drink a coffee with you.
If she says no thanks and gives a reason then ask "maybe some other time".
If the answer is still no, then "ok, nice meeting you byee" and try again next time you meet her.

First, become famous. Then, use the famous-ness to your advantage: ask her out. It should work every time...as long as she's single or willing to schwing!

Most women arn´t that shallow, mind you good approach. But if you were famous would you settle for one lass??

It's almost ****ing impossible. Just try to find something in common. Make a comment about some weird guy around wherever you are or a snide remark about something relevant to that location. If you have balls big enough to say anything.
Its not impossible at all, women like to be flattered, showing interesting in her is flattering and gets you on the right path.
Getting up the courage aint easy, the problem is your brain tries guess whats going to happen with "what ifs", you have to mentally baseball (cricket bat) that thought as soon as it appears, and just GO FOR IT!!
