Well, my first suggestion would be to take some English courses. Afterwards you should follow other peoples recommendations.
Watch/listen, then help her out, or compliment her. You can't say something like, "Hey, your hair looks nice, wanna grab a cup of coffee?", unless you've got everything else right, which I doubt you have.
Say the girl's playing with her phone, talk about the phone.
If she's reading a newspaper, talk about the story in the newspaper.
Even if she's just sitting, staring into space, you can ask her if she's waiting for something, or that she looks like she's catching flies.
This stuff is easy.

I know 13 woman who don't even like him and would say no, (5 never heard of him) so 100% is rather inaccurate. Given, some of the younger ones I asked would be interested🙂

It probably helps that Robert Pattinson is fairly good looking so it probably wouldn't be just about the money.

I used him as an example beacuse he is famous among young women. That was my only reason in using him.

Indeed, but most likely she will sue you, and win, being awarded a number with alot of 0's in it which odds are you will not be able to pay, and thus you will either spend the rest of your life giving all of your money to this woman you do not know, or else end up in prison... and lets not talk about what may or may not happen to you in there.
I'm thinking of this strategy considering my own deep rooted issues and history. The perfect age to get married is right around 28 which is also the time that women start to enter their sexual peak and realize that being with plastic looking ass holes sucks and that they don't stay looking pretty forever. Everything works out.
