Batman: Herald of Galactus vs Justice League

This is Batman with the Power Cosmic, assume he's had enough time to familiarize himself with the PC. He also gets an hour to create a strategy. The Justice League doesn't know he's coming, the team consists of:
Superman
Wonder Woman
Martian Manhunter
Aquaman (Curry)
Flash (Allen)
Green Lantern (Hal)

Some people think Batman can stomp the JLA with prep anyway, so a cosmic Batgod would run through the team in a spite to end all spites. That being said, it really depends on what level of Power Cosmic he's been bestowed with as well as any specific abilities he may or may not get.

damn that would be a dangerous herald...but dont think an hour prep is enough to take them all out...but then again he is batman...i cant decide
