Batman (human) would be a serious threat to the Justice League with Prep alone. Adding in the PC might just give him the win. He can amp for that prep hour while planning a strategy.

He have to take them out one by one and by surprise though. Otherwise if everyone discovers what is going on too soon then they would easily overwhelm him.

you basically have to specify what amping he gets, for example:

nova (frankie raye) had powers like the human torch prior to becoming a herald, galactus heightened them a hundred fold.
same deal with terrax, a mutant with terrakinesis. galactus multiplied his terrakinesis at least a hundred fold making him able to move planets through space.

maybe he devotes his ascension to batman's senses and intellect, making him omniscient even more so than even the surfer can make himself.

shit, he could make him a bat shaped version of stardust

You could replace Batman with another JLA member like Martian Manhunter or Flash and you'd have the same result.

There was a story where Wonder Woman disabled the entire JLA core except Superman, but she didn't have kryptonite, so that's understandable.

Prep just makes it easy.

He was a scientist, I believe. That is why SS can do more different things (transmuting elements, evolving creatures, etc.) than all the other Heralds. He is more versatile because of his scientific nature.
