Who wins?

Abomination starts out with the strong lead, but as the fight goes on, Guido picks it up, he could take a few, maybe even half.

Yeah, IIRC there is only so much kinetic energy he can safetly absorb and I'm fairly sure that he would quickly exceed that against a Hulk-level opponent.

Abom hits him a few times, Guido hits him back, Abom hits him more and he has a heart attack.

Guido don't have heart attacks anymore.
