Here's the fight.

Ben started off by punching/throwing Guido into a wall, then Guido gained the upper hand and began to put a serious beating on Ben until Ben started using weapons.

I would think his fist would do more damage though. Pretty sure Guido's suffered worse than that before.

Well a tooth spat out of the mouth of Bullseye, who ain't superhuman, is enough to kill a man. A dumbell thrown by the Thing who is 85-100 ton in strength is enough to affect Guido.
