Superman can't hurt a non-jobbing Apoc. Not with his fists, not with BFR, not with his heat vision.
Apoc grows to be 20000 feet tall and flicks the planet and breaks it in half.

id want apoc to win but to be honest i think superman is faster and stronger. there for he has more advantages over apoc.
