so is wolverine and iron man and thor, but there cap should be high meta
at what point does that mean he should be high meta at best?

lolWell, you have people legitimately calling that Thor be "demoted" to high meta or low herald due to AvX. Horrendous.
That being said, just look at what Thor did to the PF itself.
Ignore Colossus . Thor's performance against the PF itself(and it is apparently one of its strongest firebird avatars, displayed at its most powerful) , should only revalidate that he is indeed a high-herald character .

Thor being stronger than the Hulk is a debatable point; they have stalemated each other in pure strength match ups. He was created to be more 'powerful' than him, technically, with all his abilities combined.
One thing I have wondered about is if Thor needs to breathe. When he travels through space it is under the magical power of mjolnir, but he's also been knocked unconscious and left on the moon by Rulk without use of his hammer, and in Astonishing Thor by Robert Rodi he has woken up in the void of space and started traveling. A function all Asgardians may possess, having a magic energy in their life force? Or is Thor special, as the son of Odin and an Elder Goddess?

Hasn't thor sucked out someone's soul before? Anyone have scans of that?
