I would like to point out that amed Emma's diamond form withstoof X-23's adamantium claws without a scratch, yet Thor shattered her to hundred pieces with a hit.

He's a god/reality warper. Shapeshifting to make smaller hands isn't out of the question.

Just wanted to point out the uberness of this feat were Thor tanks Ghost Rider's Hellfire.Ghost Rider's Hellfire is also capable of destroying the soul as shown in this scene.
