As I said, they did not really fight in honest here, but I found it impressive how Loki broke free of Poccy's Celestial machinery. I have a hard time seeing Magneto do that.
He did not do it in the Twelve story at least.

Surfer is actually more than a bit better than magneto at energy manip, and seeing as he has also shown to manipulate even high level magical energy, it makes sense that magic wouldnt be as lethal against him as it would be against magneto.
Loki wins so many ways its not even funny. He's far stronger, faster and more durable than Magneto. I mean far far more. Not only that but he's far more versatile. He has so many magical options but doesn't even need those. He can simply transmute magneto. Go h2h with him and pwn him. Rip his helmet off and start driving him mad with illusions and nightmares. I honestly do know you give Magneto even one win.
