Phalanx Vs. The annihlation wave

Phalanx from Annihlation: Conquest lead by Ultron vs. the Annihlation Wave from the Annihlation arc led by Annihulus.

Galactus, Thanos and the Proemial gods are chlling and don't take a part of this battle

The Wave. The Phalanx were strong and all, but they took over a Kree empire with it's defenses down and were still taking a fair amount of time processing. The Annihilation Wave's forces should outnumber them significantly, and I think they had a moderately larger stock of supers too.

How so? The Phalanx were beaten by a bunch of rag tag superheroes who happened to find each other by surviving on their own. The Awave took it to the entire marvel u basically and if not for Thanos jumping ship and Drax releasing Galactus they probably would have won.

I know at the end of the day the heroes win, but you know what I mean.

Phalanx couldn't even take the Post Annihilation Kree without having to disable all the defences first, whereas the A Wave destroyed the Galaxy wide Skrull Empire in like, a month...
