there is an IF 😄
I ain't changing my opinion. Thor doesn't have speed blitz and his strength, and durability is comparable. I give it to CM because of his high resistance to Magic

No He Does Not.
This would be a great fight, but if Billy truly can be reverted back to mortal form by Thor's lighting, it's basically over then & there.
(Just using your quote to link with what I am referring to)
Now see, I don't go on the bandwagon that Thor's lightning could cause Billy to revert; that's just PIS, and unrelated in terms of power sources/ specific effects. It's just redonkulous, especially in a forum fight.
Just saying...

Lightning, especially magical lightning, has been shown to depower Marvels before though.

Nah.It just seems funny that you're singling out one low showing of Thor against someone who he has previously dismissed with ease, let alone against someone who he has previously demolished that is overall >>> than said character (referring to Iron Patriot).
whats so funny about an on panel proof? its not a low showing iron patriot is a class 100 character, rulk too thor out, hercules too thor out,a giant doombot took thor out recently all thor does is getting his ass handed to him so thats not a low showing

And yet, you clearly refuse to look into context.
Rulk, first and foremost, is one of the most PIS riddled characters in comicdom. Most people will agree with this. Also, Thor returned the favor and then some, making Rulk admit that Thor was about to kill him.
Hercules and Thor routinely stalemate each other, and any given comic can have one put decisively over the other.
Giant Doombot = Destroyer Armor which is to be expected. I mean, its only a weapon designed by Odin to fight Celestials.

NO! Only certain magic lighting. Thor doesn't have magical lighting. He just controls magic
...Thor commands all aspects of lightning and the storm. Mundane lightning like you see everyday, amplified lightning, temporal and cosmic storms, and lightning of mystical nature. Besides, I never said it was a surefire thing if you look at my previous post. All I'm saying is that it's certainly not out of the question.

its just amazing how everytime thor gets his ass handed to him its either a PIS or a low showing... perhaps you show me some of his good showings? and not the ones about 20-30 years ago of hiw winning with majolnir Lol

A point of PIS/story-specific incidences, and I generally agree with xJLxKing's statement (though I have to say I would classify Thor's conjuring lightning out of nowhere, for example, as "magical lightning", though not Shazam's lighting effect, in this context).

If CM is smart, he won't try saying the Wizard's name in a fight with a guy who can control lightning and thunder.
