Ill say team 1. Wonder Woman in my opinion is the weak link on team 2. I don't think that Wonder Woman could do anything to hurt either Martian Manhunter or Hal Jordan. Hal Jordan is too fast and too smart to let Wonder Woman wrap that lasso around him and so is Martian Manhunter. The combined power of Hal and J'onn will be too much for even Superman.

I'm changing my mind. Even split on this one.
Generally an even split. Team 1 dominates in terms of versatility, while Team 2 stomps in terms of raw strength and speed. Hal's offensive abilities are strong, but unless he diverts power to bolster his defenses (thus weakening his attacks) he is the relatively least durable of those involved. MM's range of powers is very useful, both offensively and defensively, but aren't definites against Team 2. Superman has the greatest overall physical power of those involved, but only on a marginal level compared to MM/Hal's willpower. Diana has the superior combat skills, and has shown to be able to fight GL's powers in the past via raw strength and her weapons, but she can't take the battle to space, as the other 3 can, and GL's powers can exploit her lower piercing/slashing resistance.
